Refund & Cancellation Policy

AlgoSuite provides digital software products and subscription-based services.

Due to immediate digital access, refunds are limited.


1. No Automatic Refunds

Once access to software, bots, or subscriptions is granted, refunds are not automatic and are not guaranteed.

All purchases are considered final unless approved under exceptional circumstances.


2. Refund Eligibility (If Applicable)

Refund requests may be considered only if all conditions are met:

  • Software fails to function as described

  • Verified technical issue prevents access

  • Issue cannot be resolved by support

  • Request submitted within 7 days

  • No misuse or violation found

All requests are manually reviewed.


3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Trading losses

  • Market conditions

  • Strategy results

  • Configuration errors

  • Lack of profitability

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to follow documentation

  • Policy violations

  • Account suspension


4. Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

  • Future billing stops

  • Current period is non-refundable

  • Access continues until expiry


5. Refund Approval

AlgoSuite reserves the right to approve or deny refunds after technical verification.

Decisions are final.
